The black Leather Half Case for Leica X1 and X2 Digital Cameras with Hand Grip from Artisan & Artist is an Italian leather half body case specifically designed to fit the Leica X1 and X2 digital cameras with their dedicated hand grip attached. The matte texture of the carefully tanned black leather will deepen with time and gradually change color over the years. The red interior provides a nice contrast to the black of the camera and of the case's exterior. The design is such that the Leica logo can be seen with the case on and because no bottom screw is used to fix the camera body to the case, it will stay stable when placed on a flat surface.
