50mm F1.2 Asph Nokton - Sony E
The NOKTON 50mm F1.2 is a 50mm F1.2 lens designed with today’s technology for specifications that bring out the best in a high-speed standard lens. By using two elements, each with two aspherical surfaces, you can enjoy reliable optical performance from maximum aperture, as well as gentle very out-of-focus bokeh thanks to the 12-blade aperture diaphragm. The lens is designed for use with both digital and film photography, and is equipped with a rangefinder coupling cam. The rangefinder-coupled minimum close focus distance of this lens is 70cm (may vary depending on your camera), but with the separately available VM-E Close Focus Adapter mounted on an E-mount digital camera with live view function, it is possible to photograph as closely as 41.7cm.
The NOKTON 50mm F1.2 Aspherical VM, while having a large F1.2 aperture, is very compact, minimizing intrusion into the scene when using an optical viewfinder, and its weight is just 347g (lens on its own) allowing for very light handling. Mobility and usability, reliable optical performance while enjoying very out-of-focus bokeh. The NOKTON 50mm F1.2 Aspherical VM is an exceedingly well-balanced standard lens that ‘delivers results. There are two optional hoods including the highly portable LH-8, as well as the new addition to our lineup that offers an even higher level of stray light shielding: the LH-10.
