Side Series packs are built around a new protective camera insert ecosystem of Top Loader bags in multiple sizes, which can all be removed
from the backpack and carried separately
as shoulder/sling bags or worn as hip packs.
The new Top Loader bags are the most adaptable products in the Shimoda range to date.
All Side Series packs include some version of Shimoda's signature Capture Strap, with unparalleled comfort while wearing any style
of camera clip

Shimoda's streamlined carry-all for someone exploring a new city.
Top Loader
A new range of versatile camera inserts that can be used inside a backpack, carried as a shoulder/sling
bag with the included shoulder strap, or attached to the backpack's
waist belt to wear as a hip pack.
They can even be worn as a chest pack using optional Accessory Straps.
Every size is deep enough for a camera attached to a
24-70mm 2.8 and can also be expanded to fit attached
70-200mm/
100-400mm lenses.
All Top Loaders are available in our Black Mountain-series fabric to match the Explore/Action X packs, and in our Boa fabric to match the
Urban-series packs.
Top Loader - Medium
The Top Loader Medium comes
standard in all Side Series Starter Kits.
Fits 50% more than the Top Loader Small.
